Fun times with Clare in Sydney. The last one is a garden in Marrickville but I think the yellow painted rocks, swan and planters combo are of equal status.

Kakadu, Katherine Gorge, Litchfield and Darwin

I recently had a trip to Northern Territory, especially to see Kakadu. It was like another country up there, some really beautiful places to see. I have finished my teaching job and am about to start a full time instructional designer position so I don't expect to have as much time for my creative projects. Lucky for me I got to see these amazing places.

TALKING TO YOUR PLANTER WORKSHOP at Third Drawer Down

Give your houseplants a quirky new home. Over 3 Saturday mornings Kirsten Perry will teach you basic earthenware hand building techniques to create a fully functional planter.

You will learn how to design and construct in the first session, glaze and decorate in the second and finish and plant your planter in the third.    

Please note that the bisque and glaze firings of your planter will happen off premises and in between classes.

Third Drawer Down

Hey so check out my light and planter that was part of the Third Drawer Down and interview of Camille Walala on the Design Files on the 14th March. Great interview about her and this great pic of the new Prahran store. Abi asked me to make some light fittings for the new store and I was super excited to say yes. So I spent my summer working on those. She has also asked me to do a ceramic planter workshop in May, so stay tuned for that.
